Reporting to the Estimating Supervisor or VP of Preconstruction, your role will include: + Preparing detailed proposals and cost estimates + Reviewing construction documents and identifying scope + Performing takeoffs using specialized software + Soliciting pricing from vendors and subcontractors + Attending pre-bid meetings and site inspections + Supporting change order pricing and project turnover + Maintaining estimating systems and BIM/design setups + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Qualifications What You Bring Weu2019re looking for someone with a strong foundation in controls estimating and construction, plus the skills to thrive in a collaborative and tech-forward environment.
