With a shared desire to give back, grow the community, and do great work, the Set of X team is building an elite group of engineers with a strong sense of shared responsibility and ownership.Because who you work with matters.________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop operational test scenarios and produce test artifacts that provide suggestions regarding improvements to the development teamDevelop test automation scripts using Python scripts that improve performance testing and aid in the reduction of time to marketEffectively communicate to the technical team, management, and the customer to keep all parties informed of progress, plans and potential problemsCollaborate with other organizations and teams to thoroughly exercise the system and verify requirements are satisfiedRequired:Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field, and 5 to 7 years of relevant work experienceDevelopment experience using Python, Ruby, or JavascriptExperience working with and testing embedded systemsKnowledge of networks and IP subnets/routing is requiredAbility to configure network interfaces, set IP addresses and subnets.Familiarity with signal analysis tools such as WiresharkFamiliarity with the Linux operating systemPreferred Qualifications:Development experience using SmartBearFamiliarity with SVN or GIT version control systems along with an understanding of basic Configuration Management principlesExperience using the Atlassian suiteClearance:TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
