About you: You are an experienced Veterinary Technician dedicated to. You understand the importance of maintaining a and genuinely love working with people that share that same value. You can adapt to the individual needs of each patient, are eager to continue enhancing your skill set, and.Requirements for the Role: Minimum of 3 years working as a veterinary technician, preferably in emergency medicine. LVMT, CVT, LVT, or RVT license required.Have an understanding of all basic veterinary knowledge, including triage, disease processes, pharmacology, restraint, diagnostic imaging, phlebotomy, anesthesia, laboratory equipment and procedures, etc.Advanced skill set includes (preferred, not required): central line placement, abdominocentesis, thoracentesis, feeding tube placement, urinary catheter placementAttention to detail, with strong communication skills with both clients and team membersFluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plusAt NVS, we're not just colleagues; we're a supportive community that celebrates victories together, both big and small.
