Our pharmacists play an important role in delivering medication and pharmaceutical care in communities that are most in need. This includes immunizations, patient consultation, medication therapy management, and potential management of high risk patients.ResponsibilitiesUnder the direct supervision of manager, this position is responsible for dispensing and ensuring safe and efficient delivery of medications to all customers.Maintains open communication and is available to customers and practitioner sites for consultationParticipates in supervision of technical staffEnsure pharmacy is compliant with best practices for 340B contract pharmaciesProvide professional consultation to both patients and prescribers of partner health facilityCompletes pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing technicians' work flow; verifying their preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals; verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in pharmacy required, PharmD preferredLicensed Pharmacist in the state of New Jersey requiredImmunization Certification or willing to become a certified immunizer within 90 days of hireAbility to work a flexible scheduleInterpersonal relations and customer service skills340B experience preferredMay require vendor credentialingWhat is expected of you and others at this levelApplies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasksWorks on projects of moderate scope and complexityIdentifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolveApplies judgment within defined parametersReceives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projectsWork reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracyAnticipated hourly range: $55.40-$79.10 Per HourBonus eligible:NoBenefits:Paid time off in compliance with applicable lawsApplication window anticipated to close:12/21/2025 if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.The hourly range listed is an estimate.
