As a Lead RBT, you'll be a vital link between clients, staff, and leadership, playing a key role in care coordination, team support, and program success. Position Details Location: Phoenix, AZ (on-site only) Hours: Full-time, schedule to be determined (weekday + weekend availability) Reports to: Center Director & Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) ***This role is expanding & expected to lead to growth within the company at this location. Work requirments may change. What You’ll Do Support new staff hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives Deliver 1:1 behavioral therapy and small group support based on individualized treatment plans Collaborate with and operate under the supervision of a BCBA Collect, organize, and review session data to support clinical decisions Serve as a key point of contact for families, connecting them with services, answering questions, and escalating needs when necessary Assist with scheduling, staffing coordination, and administrative operations to ensure smooth clinic function Help develop and refine ABA programming alongside clinical leadership Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment You’re a Great Fit If You...
