This role is designed to monitor and support day to day operations and will be responsible for the logistics cycle for all customer orders.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Perform forecasting, annual and/or monthly business plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of internal accountsInventory management to ensure valuation accuracy is reflected in financial statementPerform reconciliations and manage open/suspense/aged itemsSupport external and internal audit / risk management requirements as neededPrepare weekly and monthly reports, and any reports assigned as neededManage and monitor KPIs and communicate with other teams for improvement planContact/escalate to other team members to resolve issues with vendor accounts that might affect operationSAFETY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to, promote, and accept personal responsibility for compliance to:Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health RegulationsIndustry Consensus StandardsCircet USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program ManualParticipate in job site safety/hazard analysisKorean and English bilingual strongly perferredBachelor's in Business, Econ, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar3-5 years in planning / risk management / finance in logistics environment (preferred)Experience with SAP, WMS, ERPGeneral knowledge of logistics and/or supply chainExperience with SAP, WMS, ERPCircet USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Veteran/Disabled.
