This position is basedon-site at our Johnstown location, where you’ll provideone-on-one support in our Day Roomsetting. There is no travel with this position.Key responsibilities include:Providing direct, individualized care in a structured day program environmentAssisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygieneSupporting therapeutic exercises and activities as guided by on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapistsAdministering medications under the supervision of an on-site Registered Nurse (RN)Observing and reporting changes in patients’ conditions to RNs or therapistsPromoting a safe and supportive environment, reporting any potential safety concernsAccurately documenting patient care and activity as requiredPerforming additional duties based on individual care plans or team directionThis is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative, supportive environment dedicated to high-quality senior care.SkillsStrong ability to assist with personal care tasks while respecting client dignity and privacy.Familiarity with home care systems and medical terminology is preferred.Knowledge of CPR techniques and first aid procedures is beneficial.Experience in assisted living or home health environments is a plus.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.Ability to lift clients safely and perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively while providing care.Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve!
