The right candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the desire to help our customers with their shipping needs.In this role you will:Process customer booking requestsEnsure systems are updated with correct rating to facilitate documentation and billingHandle cargo coordination; track & trace cargoProcess hazardous material documentationReconcile preload and post lost lists and create reports to meet contractual obligationsTrouble shoot and resolve customer, port and vessel cargo port issuesYour experience and background include: Minimum of 3 years in a customer service roleProficient verbal and writing communication skills in EnglishIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a focus on MS ExcelInsiders Tip: As a Logistics Coordinator team member you are equally comfortable speaking with customers as well as our internal operations team.About ARCARC provides global logistics and shipping services to the U.S. Government.
