All Source Analyst Expert

Bluehawk Intelligence Services is seeking an All Source Analyst to conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, integrated government-contractor team fusing intelligence information from multiple intelligence disciplines. Effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the organization and external organizations. Demonstrate proficiency in manipulating various classified and open-source databases. Drive collection operations through written products and briefings. See Nomadic Raider Personnel Matrix for anticipated Baseline and Optional FTEs.Research, produce, and report timely and accurate Space and Counterspace (SCS) all source intelligence situational awareness products.Compile statistical analysis of current, past, and future events pertaining to SCS threats.Research emerging SCS threats.Collaborate on finished intelligence products concerning SCS problem sets and assigned areas of responsibilities.Provide strategic-level intelligence support to DIA SCS problem sets.Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the LCAT activities required to meet mission requirementsDemonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodologyDemonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findingsDemonstrates the ability to work independently and with minimal oversightDemonstrates the ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft, standards, and adequate support for conclusions, routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic productsDemonstrates the ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutionsDemonstrates analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with LCAT missionDemonstrates extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymakers20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to Space Intelligence DataMaster’s Degree in an area related to the LCAT from an accredited University.Bluehawk, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action /EOE Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity Employer
