Assistant Machine Operators

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator on 2nd shiftto join their team. As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting a clean, safety-conscious, and team-based environment. The ideal candidate will have reliability, a great attitude, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assistant Machine Operator Location: Albert Lea, MN Pay Range: $18.50 hourly Shift: 2nd Shift (3 PM - 11 PM, Monday to Friday) What's the Job? Operate and assist in the operation of various machines in a manufacturing setting. Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times. What's Needed? High School diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Ability to work independently with speed and accuracy. Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check as part of the hiring process.
