Position Overview: Peak Holiday Premiums effective November 24th - December 21st2nd shift: +$1/hrHoliday premium: +$1/hrThe Seasonal Inventory Analyst role is responsible for cycle counting our primary, reserve, and emergency pick locations (EPL) daily. They utilize their knowledge of the Warehouse Management System to investigate inventory discrepancies and reconcile balances. They assist in the slotting of SKUs to primary locations as needed. They identify opportunities for improving inventory accuracy and process efficiency. Recount primary locations as neededAssist with SKU slotting and inventory profilingPerform special requests as needed by the operation, including In/Out forms, Ad-Hoc reports, location maintenance, and discrepancy investigationsMaintain a clean, safe, and supportive work environmentIn order to be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:Drug Screen & Background Check RequiredForklift certification requiredEducation: High school diploma or equivalentAdvanced problem-solving skillsTeam Player -willing and able to help othersDetail orientated position with high-level of accuracyBasic computer skills including Excel/Google SheetsWMS Experience preferredComfortable learning new systems/toolsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAdaptable working in a fast-paced environment, with rapidly changing prioritiesAbility to identify process improvements and implementationSitting is required 60% of working hoursStanding is required 40% of working hoursOccasional reaching, twisting, and bendingThe average weight of lifting is 25 lbs., Frequently lifting 40 lbs., and occasionally lifting to 70 lbs with a partnerAbility to perform work in tight quarter workstationsPush/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred poundsWork in temperatures ranging from 50 - 95 degreesThe ability to walk long distancesThe ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the dayMoving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to anotherAuthorization to work in the United States without sponsorshipPosition Benefits and PerksOur pursuit of a better way isn't just about our products—it's about our people too.
