Programmer Analyst

Description We are looking for an experienced Programmer Analyst to join our team in Arlington, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work remotely while leveraging your expertise in software development using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will excel at designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions that meet high coding and technical standards. Responsibilities: u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into detailed system functionality. u2022 Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET (Razor, Web Forms), and other Microsoft-based technologies. u2022 Write clean, efficient, and testable code that adheres to industry standards. u2022 Integrate various software components to ensure seamless system functionality. u2022 Develop and implement software verification plans and quality assurance procedures. u2022 Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and usability. u2022 Document software functionality, specifications, and operational procedures thoroughly. u2022 Deploy software solutions and gather user feedback to refine and improve applications. u2022 Stay updated on the latest software features and ensure systems remain current and optimized. Requirements u2022 At least 5 years of experience in C# and .NET UI development, including Razor and Web Forms. u2022 Proficient in Microsoft SQL and SQL stored procedures, with experience in NHibernate. u2022 Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, and front-end design. u2022 Hands-on experience with .NET Core and the latest versions of the .NET framework. u2022 Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), from analysis to deployment. u2022 Proven ability to design and build interactive applications following best practices. u2022 Experience working in Agile development environments. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to document technical requirements and specifications.
