About the Role Weu2019re seeking a highly capable and adaptable Customer Service Representative (CR1) to join our team. This role requires proficiency in handling a wide range of calls and dispatch responsibilities, supporting both public and internal customers. From emergency response coordination to technical support dispatch, this position plays a critical role in maintaining smooth operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities + Answer and manage incoming calls from employees, patients, visitors, and the public. + Document and dispatch work requests across various departments. + Handle calls related to security, EMS dispatch, air traffic control, medical coding, equipment repair, shuttle coordination, and emergency situations (including 9-1-1). + Monitor environmental alarms including doors, gates, parking lot intercoms, and CCTV systems. + Assist with workflow and assignments for patient transporters. + Lead or participate in departmental projects and initiatives. + Provide feedback to leadership on process improvements and operational efficiencies. + Fill in for other team members across shifts as needed. + Perform all duties in a professional, courteous, and competent manner.
