ey Responsibilities: Administrative Support Greet visitors and assist with their needs. Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including conference rooms and shared spaces. Document Management Organize and maintain files, documents, and records, both electronic and physical. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Scheduling and Coordination Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for employees as needed. Maintain office calendars and communicate scheduling updates to relevant personnel. Supply and Inventory Management Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as necessary. Track inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for office-related purchases. Assist in the setup of workstations for new employees. Data Entry and Reporting Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems. Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries as needed. Support special projects and research as assigned. General Support Assist various departments as needed with specific tasks or projects. Handle other duties as assigned by supervisors or management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred. Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard business hours. Occasionally may require lifting and moving of office supplies.
