Machine Operators - 3rd Shift

Express is seeking dependable 3rd Shift Machine Operators to join our exceptional team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce goods. Compensation: $16.00 per hour (paid weekly) Schedule: Monday - Friday - 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM Responsibilities: Set Up and Operate Machines: Follow procedures to configure and calibrate machines. Monitor Production: Watch for quality issues and equipment malfunctions. Maintain Machines: Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating. Manage Inventory: Ensure the right materials are available. Create and Maintain SOPs: Ensure machines are operating efficiently and safely. Train Others: Share knowledge of equipment with less experienced operators. Qualifications: 1+ years of Machine Operator experience Must have a clean background Must pass a drug screen. Must have reliable transportation Good physical strength and manual dexterity to lift heavy materials. Attention to detail to ensure quality output. Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor equipment issues.
