Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | Shift Work Required Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems across the plant Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime Work with pumps, motors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and more Conduct emergency repairs including welding, belting, and conveyance systems Use SAP to document maintenance activities and breakdowns Apply safety protocols including LOTO and NFPA 70E standards Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a multi-craft maintenance or similar role Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools Willingness to work flexible shifts and in high-heat environments Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Self-motivated with a drive to learn and adapt Safety-first mindset and attention to detail Pass background and drug screening Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a smelter environment High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable with walking, standing, climbing, and working in heat Good hand-eye coordination and vision (corrected 20/20) Please Note: If you do not qualify, but know someone who might, please inform them of this great opportunity.
