Onsite / On Campus Delivery Technician (no driving) Folsom, California Mon - Fri 8am u2013 5pm Hourly Pay: $22.00/hr W2 Enhanced benefits + Paid Time Off This role is a part of a team that is responsible for the inventory handling. This role focuses on retrieval and delivery of systems on-site, no driving/off-site delivery needed. Preference of customer service and/or some inventory experience. Job Overview and Qualifications: + Face-To-Face customer service/interactions + Physically delivering completed computer systems to customers onsite + Picking up and delivering systems for repair/upgrades + Preliminary technical screening of systems needing repair prior to service technician hand-off + Ensuring customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner + Ensuring all daily assigned tasks are properly completed with high level of quality and meet SLA + Proactively report work completion and status of uncompleted assignments (including roadblocks) + Following all SAS safety and production operating procedures + Communicating effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors through clear written and verbal communication + Assisting in processing portions of service requests to expedite ticket completion + Flex to other domains to support teamu2019s overall deliverables + Be able to lift / carry heavy weights daily + Standing 80%, Sitting 20% As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
