In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and execution across order management, inventory, and billing. This position will be working onsite in Medley, FL. In this role, you will: Order Management u2022Initiate, modify, cancel, and confirm customer orders. u2022Adjust orders based on inventory availability and communicate those changes proactively. u2022Respond to order status inquiries and distribute relevant documentation, including Bills of Lading and Proofs of Delivery. u2022Oversee export procedures, including the preparation of USDA documentation and inspection coordination. Inventory Management u2022Process inventory holds and release requests. u2022Manage special day holds and communicate placarding or segregation needs to operations. u2022Facilitate inter-customer product ownership transfers. u2022Conduct detailed inventory inquiries and generate traceability reports in the event of product recalls. Billing and Financial Administration u2022Generate and format invoices for third-party payment processing. u2022Audit billing for accuracy, including accessorial charges and credit memos. u2022Manage collections of outstanding invoices and escalate disputed receivable as needed. Administrative Support/Appointment Coordination u2022Greeting and assisting facility visitors. u2022Configure customer profiles within the Warehouse Management System and respond to ad hoc service requests. u2022Maintain and update slot schedules, including appointment modifications. u2022Assign carrier appointments and respond to appointment or load status inquiries. What you need to be considered: u20221+ years of experience in customer service or warehouse operations. u2022High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics, business, or related field is a plus. u2022Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and efficient data entry skills. u2022Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. u2022Ability to multitask and stay organized in a demanding environment. These will help you stand out: u2022Experience working in warehouse or food supply industries preferred. u2022Familiarity with warehouse management software (e.g., Vendor Management System) is a plus.
