If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Identity and Access Management to join our Managed Services practice.Responsibilities:Diagnose and resolve Privileged Access Management (PAM) incidents, focusing mainly on PAM based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Incident Management principlesManage proactively the incident lifecycle, identifying incidents, categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving incidentsCreate and maintain client knowledge articles, Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), and scripts to restore normal operationsMonitor IAM operations and escalate incidents to Level three support as necessary according to established protocolsMaintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring efficient incident management service in addressing their IAM-related needsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with minimum one year of recent experience in the IAM domain for Incident Management, Change and Problem Management, Service Request Fulfillment, and the IAM domain within an ITIL managed services contextBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in information technology or a related field is required; CyberArk or another equivalent cybersecurity PAM certification is preferred; ITIL certification with a focus on Incident Management is preferredClear understanding of PAM processes, controls, and systems, chiefly CyberArk PAM; experience with Microsoft Azure AD, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Okta, Ping Identity, and Hitachi Password Manager preferredProven experience in diagnosing and resolving issues within prescribed timelines, maintaining service levels, and restoring normal operations is crucialStrong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust be able to work night and weekend shiftsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
