This is a unique opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by two experienced PGA Professionals with a combined 40 years in the industry. If you're enthusiastic about learning and ready to take the first step in your golf career, we want to hear from you.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service to members and guests at all timesAssist with daily golf shop operations, including opening/closing dutiesSupport outside operations with 2-3 shifts per week (bag drop, cart setup, etc.)Assist in the planning and execution of golf tournaments and club eventsParticipate in merchandise operations including ordering, receiving, displaying, and inventory controlEngage with members through regular play and fostering relationshipsReceive mentorship and training in teaching and club repair (gripping, re-shafting, etc.)Learn and utilize Gallus Golf tournament softwareMaintain a professional appearance and attitude at all timesMust have some level of golf playing ability________________________________________Schedule5-day work weeks in the off-seasonUp to 6-day work weeks during the peak season (based on club schedule)________________________________________BenefitsComplimentary meal provided each shiftFull golf playing and practice privilegesPGA membership dues paidReimbursement for PGA education upon completion of levelsBonus opportunities throughout the year________________________________________This is an excellent role for someone ready to gain hands-on experience and grow within the golf industry.
