JOB REQUIREMENTS: Engagement Overview We are seeking a ContractInstructional Designer / Trainer to lead the design and delivery ofinternal training programs focused on Microsoft Copilot, SharePointOnline, and related Microsoft 365 tools. This role will help non-ITemployees better understand when and how to use these toolseffectively - enabling productivity, collaboration, and innovation.Working closely with IT, Learning Management System (LMS) teams, andfunctional leaders, the consultant will: Assess the current state ofadoption Identify user needs and skill gaps Develop engaging,accessible training content Deliver learning experiences bothin-person and virtually This is a hands-on, high-visibility engagementrequiring close partnership with IT and business stakeholders. KeyResponsibilities Conduct training needs assessments with IT, businessleaders, and user groups. Identify learning priorities and skill gapsamong non-IT employees. Partner with LMS teams to develop and publishinstructional materials and recorded content. Create practicallearning content (guides, videos, job aids, tutorials) covering Design and deliver training sessions (live and virtual) fornon-technical audiences. Collaborate with functional leaders toidentify champions and SMEs to reinforce adoption. Package trainingmaterials for ongoing use within the organization. Support thecreation of a repeatable framework for technology enablement andworkforce upskilling. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years ininstructional design, learning development, or technology training. Experience creating and delivering engaging content for non-technicallearners. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including: SharePointOnline Microsoft Copilot (agent creation, workflow integration) Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate Proven ability to conduct needsanalyses and translate findings into structured learning. Experiencedeveloping blended learning materials (live, virtual, and self-paced). Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills. Experienced delivering training in-person, virtually, and through LMSplatforms. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on training experience withMicrosoft Copilot and Power Platform tools (Copilot Studio, PowerAutomate). Familiarity with adult learning principles andinstructional design models. Experience with authoring tools(Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, PowerPoint).
