Expert Software Engineer

We are seeking an Expert Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data and application solutions. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled Java and SQL developer with deep experience in Snowflake and AWS, strong ownership of tasks, and the ability to adapt quickly across multiple initiatives. This role requires expertise in the software development lifecycle, a strong understanding of security and data governance, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities u2022 Design, implement, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and SQL . u2022 Develop and optimize Snowflake native applications, data pipelines , schemas, and integrations. u2022 Build and maintain cloud-based solutions on AWS , following best practices for scalability, security, and cost management. u2022 Take ownership of development tasks, deliverables, and project initiatives end-to-end. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets business requirements and quality standards. u2022 Maintain secure coding practices and ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards. u2022 Adapt quickly between multiple projects and initiatives, providing expert guidance where needed. u2022 Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making. Required Qualifications u2022 Expert experience in Java and SQL , with a track record of building complex applications and data solutions. u2022 Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake . u2022 Proven experience with AWS services, architecture, and deployment. u2022 Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle , including agile methodologies, CI/CD, and testing best practices. u2022 Excellent ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills . u2022 Highly adaptable, able to pivot between multiple priorities and projects. u2022 Strong understanding of security best practices and data governance principles. u2022 Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications u2022 Experience with Python development. u2022 Familiarity with Snowflake Native Application Framework . u2022 Experience with Databricks and distributed data processing. u2022 Knowledge of identity resolution , data hygiene , and data enrichment .
