Part Time Patient Concierge

Practice Operations Management oversees the business and administrative operations of a medical practice.The Part Time Patient Concierge will be assisting with the check out process at Urology of North Florida. This includes scheduling follow up appointments, handling referrals to outside providers and imaging services, handling prior authorization requests, helping to answer phones and return messages, as well as other duties as assigned. Customer service skills and attention to detail are important to this role's success.The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday 9/9:30am-2/2:30pm EST.
