Asset Protection: Advise clients on preserving and safeguarding assets while minimizing tax implications. Trust Administration: Manage trust assets and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Probate Assistance: Guide clients through the probate process. Special needs probate experience is a plus Tax Planning: Develop strategies to reduce estate and inheritance tax liabilities. Legal Research: Stay current on California trust and estate laws. Qualifications: JD degree and California State Bar membership. 4 years of trust and estate planning experience. Strong knowledge of California trust and estate laws. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Client-focused and detail-oriented.
