Tax Senior Manager/Director - Growing CPA Firm (Pennsylvania)A highly respected and growing CPA firm in Pennsylvania is looking to add a Tax Senior Manager/Director to their team. This stable and client-focused firm delivers deep expertise in tax compliance and consulting across a variety of industries. Due to continued growth, there is an opportunity for an experienced tax professional to oversee operations at one of their two locations and contribute to the firm's success in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Tax Senior Manager/Director Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of one of the firm's two locationsManage client relationships from end to end, serving as the primary point of contactBuild and strengthen client relationships through strategic advising and regular communicationProvide tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client baseOversee tax engagements and ensure quality deliverablesStay informed on current tax regulations and ensure compliance standards are metContribute to business development and firm visibility within the market Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related fieldActive CPA license (required)8-10 years of progressive experience in public accountingPrior experience at Senior Manager or Principal level (minimum)Proven client relationship management skills with ability to manage engagements end to endStrong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulationsProficiency with ProSystems, Guided Assurance, and QuickBooks (required) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary (DOE)Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plansHybrid work arrangement for work-life balanceCompany outings and team-building eventsOpportunities for career advancement and professional growth To be considered, please apply with a resume.
