Base salary: $220,000 plus individual productivity bonus. Year two salary is $225,000, year 3 is $230,000 and year 4 is $240,000. Outpatient only - no hospital work at all No hospital call but must take backup phone call 1:8. Monday - Friday schedule with one Saturday per month (9 am to 1 pm) Total of 4 clinics-you will be FT at one clinic.
