Ace Handyman Services is Hiring a Carpenter!Location: Franklin, INPay & Schedule: $20 - $25/hour | Full-Time About the Role:As a Carpenter at Ace Handyman Services, you’ll be part of a professional team dedicated to top-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. You’ll work across a variety of residential and light commercial projects—handling repairs, installations, and maintenance with precision and care. This is a hands-on role where your diverse skill set and attention to detail will shine.Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Construct, repair, and install structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and drywall. Handle multiple trades such as light plumbing, painting, and tile work. Visit client homes or worksites to assess repair needs and perform tasks efficiently. Collaborate with the team and ensure projects are completed on time and up to Ace’s quality standards. Communicate professionally with customers, providing excellent service and clear project updates.RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications: 10+ years of carpentry or related hands-on experience. Proficiency in seven or more trades (e.g., drywall, flooring, basic electrical, tiling, etc.). Must reside within 30 minutes of Monument Circle. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Customer service experience to enhance client interactions. Experience performing 12 or more trades. Multilingual ability to better serve a diverse clientele. Commercial repair and maintenance experience for wider project scope.
