You won’t regret it. POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Financial Analyst is a key partner with the Copier Business Unit to provide critical analytical analysis, process oversight, and reporting. You will be a key member of the cross functional team and you will apply your financial and business acumen to drive profitable growth initiatives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.Responsible for assigned areas within the annual budget cycle.2.Oversee cashbook transactions prepared and recorded by accounting support staff.3.Process and reconcile the purchase and integration of acquisitions into Marco’s General Ledger.4.Prepare financial management reports as requested.5.Oversee preparation of financial statements including reviewing, researching and resolving any items and supporting related entries.6.Review copier transactions for accuracy and proper purchasing.7.Work with the purchasing team to develop audit processes for identifying opportunities of savings. 8.Function as a contact for both the Copier and Shred division including reviewing, researching and reporting accurate financials for division.9.Responsible for the protection and confidentiality of all sensitive financial and payroll data.10.Attend required company and departmental meetings.11.Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS Certified Public Accountant license preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS: 1. Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications including Excel and Outlook. 2. Strong internal and external customer service and communication skills. 3. Enthusiastic, dedicated to the challenge of helping other people. 4. Demonstrates strong attention to detail. 5. Strong ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion. 6. Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision. 7. Excellent organizational and time/task management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within a defined timeline and to operate with changing priorities. 8.
