The Springs at Lake Oswego is seeking a Part-Time Concierge which includes a blend of customer service, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills. Responsibilities of Concierges include:Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls including calling 911 on the resident's behalf if neededDelivering packages and newspapersAdministrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, troubleshooting technology, minor maintenance assistance, minor housekeeping, and managing room reservationsAnswering resident questionsMonitoring security camerasAnswering phone callsMaintaining clean and organized spaces Assisting residents with technical issues with phones, tablets, laptops, tvs, etc.Covering reception desk as neededAssisting other departments as neededOffice work (creating, filing, printing, emailing)Qualifications:3+ years of Customer Service experience requiredPrior Concierge/ Reception experience preferredAbility to use technology including desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitorsAbility to prioritize and complete assignmentsAbility to interpret written or verbal instructionsAdditional Job InformationSchedule: Thursday- Saturday 4:15pm-12amAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
