Driver's License: Valid driver’s license required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable floor care experience. Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and moving up to 60 pounds. Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional look, including natural hair color and a clean-shaven face. Responsibilities: Perform floor cleaning, maintenance, and restoration tasks, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, waxing, and stripping. Conduct carpet care, including deep cleaning and spot treatment. Perform upholstery cleaning to maintain furniture and fixtures. Operate and maintain floor care and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure all work areas meet company cleanliness standards. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
