As a member of our Maintenance Team you will:Keep yourself, our team and the community safe when you adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participate in our safety programEnsure production machinery functions correctly and efficiently so our world class production team can do their jobPerform preventative maintenance on all machinery. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, compressor, and vacuum systemsHave access to all the training necessary to fully cross-train in other technical areas of maintenanceWill work with steam and boiler controls and mechanical power drives What you need to succeed:High School Diploma or GEDAbility to work weekends & overtimeAbility to effectively communicate and work on a teamA love for troubleshooting complicated machineryBasic mathematical skills and basic technology/computer skillsOne to three years of experience in Maintenance with the skills to work in an industrial environmentElectrical experience highly valued as is corrugated packaging experienceProfessional license(s), licensure premiums may apply Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
