Job Description: The IT/OT Support Specialist will provide end-user support for IT equipment, software, and operational systems in both office and factory environments. This role ensures the smooth execution and cybersecurity of IT and OT assets, collaborating closely with vendors, cybersecurity teams, and factory engineers to maintain secure and efficient operations. Responsibilities: Provide support to end users, IT equipment, software, and meeting room systems as part of desk-side support. Provide onsite support for factory or site-owned IT/OT assets. Carry out operational tasks related to IT/OT cybersecurity. Support both Office IT and Shop Floor IT/OT assets, including kiosks, printers, conference rooms, vendor machines, CCTV systems, security systems, badging systems, and MES hardware. Act as a first responder for IT/OT cybersecurity incidents by investigating and determining scope, and working with cybersecurity teams for containment and remediation. Identify critical assets requiring monitoring and protection. Install and configure security patches and remediation measures for critical assets. Report abnormal behavior or security events in OT systems such as unauthorized access or control system changes. Work with vendors to ensure proper configuration and maintenance of security patches and OT systems. Implement security measures for business-managed assets to protect IT/OT systems from potential threats under the guidance of global cybersecurity teams. Manage IT/OT DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) operations. Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in IT support. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field. Tools: ServiceNow IT Enterprise Platform. MS Office 365. Windows and iOS systems. Asset Management Tools. Methodologies: ITIL 4 preferred. Lean Six Sigma Certified (L6S).
