MV Advancements is hiring an Independent Living Direct Support Professional in McMinnville, OR for a swing shift partial weekend position. Join our team and be the difference someone needs!As an Independent Living Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll start at, $21.00, with a 15% shift differential. We also offer a $500 sign-on bonus--$250 at the time of hire and $250 after your first six months. All hours worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday earn a shift differential of 15% of your hourly rate! A day as a DSP can look varied, from grocery shopping, and paying bills, to helping someone get in/out of a shower.
