Personal Injury Paralegal

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide overall support to attorneys. Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting/reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor/ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record/store client information. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Education: Paralegal Degree/Certification preferred Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal in NJ Familiarity with legal research. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline and detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude.
