Traffic Camera Operator

Traffic Camera Operator Location: Norristown, PA Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Shift: Day and night time Shifts- 10-12-hour shifts. 1st shift can start as early as 3am and 3rd shift can start as early at 5pm Will average 30-35 hours per week(Weather permitting) Job Description: Must be flexible to various shifts on weekdays, and weekends. Must be willing to sit in a vehicle for long periods at a time. This position requires working closely with the local DMV to enforce speeding regulations in construction zones. Responsibilities: Set up/take down camera equipment Monitor vehicle speeds at assigned locations Process paperwork accurately for court deployment forms. Local travel within the jurisdiction assigned or travel within the State of Pennsylvania Monitor weather and lighting and make camera adjustments as necessary. Communicate with supervisor and other operators Responsible for professional conduct and demeanor at all times while traveling to and from sites and while representing the company at any time. Log and report equipment-related issues Requirements: Clear driving record is required Valid Driver’s License Must be 21 years of age or older per client.
