Job Summary: We’re seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our this role, you’ll support our clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.You’ll work closely with agents and underwriters to provide excellent service and build lasting client relationships.
