Team, you as a Shift Manager will focus on six main things:Providing an excellent guest experienceEnsuring that great food is prepared & servedKeeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautifulControlling inventoryScheduling and supervising staffBeing a team playerIn addition to the role of a typical Sandwich Artist?, key parts of your day to day will consist of:Cascading training to Sandwich Artists™ on existing and new responsibilitiesScheduling and supervising staffPracticing inventory control standardsEnsuring equipment is in proper working order during shiftCompleting paperwork as neededAs a Subway? This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday.
