Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator will create impactful sales materials, enhance customer-facing presentations, and deliver concise market analyses to keep products aligned with industry trends. The role supports packaging design to strengthen brand presence at retail and contributes to strategic positioning of our new EC facility as a preferred co-packing partner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop sales sheets and product specifications with a marketing-forward approach that aligns with current trends in each product category. Enhance customer-facing presentations by adding creative elements and storytelling to existing PowerPoint decks used to introduce our products. Conduct concise marketing analyses for key product categories and emerging market trends; deliver quick insights reviewed monthly or quarterly. Explore strategic marketing direction for service-oriented offerings, positioning the next-generation manufacturing facility (EC) as the co-packer of choice. Collaborate on artwork design for POL packaging of new products or line extensions; create fun and creative twists that resonate with target consumers. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, CPG, or B2B (ideally within co-packing or food manufacturing environments). Proven ability to develop sales materials such as sales sheets, product specifications, and customer-facing decks. Strong skills in market and trend analysis, with the ability to deliver concise, actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and visual storytelling for commercial presentations. Familiarity with design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) or experience collaborating with designers on creative projects. Understanding of packaging design and how to adapt it to retail and consumer audiences. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with Sales, Production, and Design teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (Spanish, etc.) are a plus. Preferred: experience in brand positioning or strategic branding for new facilities or services. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to travel nationally, often including overnight stays. Ability to lift or carry approximately 25 lbs. Ability to attend trade shows, meetings, or events that may involve walking or standing for extended periods. Visual acuity to read documents, spreadsheets, and computer screens.
