And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Portfolio Subject Matter Expert who will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of an enterprise-wide portfolio management solution.You will report to the Senior Manager ALM Tools. This position will work a hybrid schedule and be based out of one of the following offices: Milwaukee, WI; Mequon, WI; Mayfield Heights, OH; or Chelmsford, MA. Your Responsibilities: Lead product feature adoptions for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools globallyIncrease adoption of Artificial Intelligence enabled tools through training, feature enablement globallyFocus on the product development community to access and consume world class toolsDrive key feature enhancements throughout the development communityPartner with tool Subject Matter Experts on priorities and deployment schedulesMaintain adoption strategy and timelineFacilitate product development community use of security toolsSupport existing users in the adoption and use of JiraEnsure standardization and common usage of the project management toolsWork with global teams to adopt project management process, methodology, and toolsProvide adoption and training materials to adopting teamsMeasure and maintain the health and performance of the project management toolsMonitor vendor changes to SaaS project management tools and adapt vendor changes to Rockwell Automation instanceBe a technical contact for project management tool vendorMonitor the licenses usage and perform routine license harvestingMaintain the Project Management SharePoint, including developing of contentDevelop and implement Jira administration best practices and guidelinesExperience administering and configuring Jira instances to support Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree or Equivelant Years of Relevant Work ExperienceLegal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.BS degree in Engineering or Computer ScienceExperience with Atlassian management tools; Jira, Jira Align and ConfluenceExperience in product lifecycle process, including Product Management, and Development EngineeringPrior experience is developing and rolling out large, complex programsSuperior written and oral English, and strong influencing capabilitiesExperience with Agile methodologyKnowledge of the SAFe methodologyKnowledge of RA development practicesExperience with resource planningDemonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities and effectively collaborates with individuals across all Business Units.Certified Jira Admin for CloudProficient in SQL and ScriptrunnerKnowledge of APIs and constructing query strings together to retrieve data back from SaaS applicationsGood understanding of project management principles and be able to use Jira to manage and track project progressManaged user access through Microsoft Active Directory groups, automating user permissions and maintaining security protocols.Used ScriptRunner for Jira to design and implement custom Groovy scripts, automating complex workflows and reducing manual processesDevelop custom validators and conditions through ScriptRunner, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient task transitions, enhancing the reliability and efficiency of workflows What We Offer: Health Insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision401kPaid Time offParental and Caregiver LeaveFlexible Work Schedule where you will work with your manager to enjoy a work schedule that can be flexible with your personal life.
