Description Position Title:Digital Project Optimization Lead Location: Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid Duration: 06-12 Months (Possible Conversion/Extension)***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC OR GC candidates***Overview:Client is seeking a results-driven Digital Optimization Lead to join our Digital Marketing team on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role, based in Jersey City, NJ, will focus on advancing digital performance through data-driven strategies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and content experience delivery.The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in CRO roadmapping, content authoring, and hands-on experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). A background in financial services or B2B marketing is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of digital optimization initiatives aligned with overarching marketing and business goals Develop and implement CRO roadmaps to improve user experience and drive conversion performance Leverage Adobe Target to deliver targeted, personalized content and structured A/B and multivariate testing strategies Analyze campaign and website performance using Adobe Analytics, translating insights into actionable optimization strategies Author and manage digital content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring consistent brand and user experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, UX, creative, and development—to execute end-to-end optimization projects Act as a strategic advisor, defining project goals, KPIs, timelines, and key deliverables Communicate project progress, insights, and results to stakeholders, aligning on priorities and next steps Continuously monitor digital KPIs and performance metrics to inform iterative improvements Requirements: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, optimization strategy, or a related role Demonstrated expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), including roadmap development and implementation Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Experience in content authoring and asset management using AEM Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Proven ability to work across creative, technical, and strategic teams Experience in financial services or B2B marketing is strongly preferred About Matlen Silver Experience Matters.
