ACT Team Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

The Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist provides counseling rehabilitation services through an aggressive Assertive Community Treatment Team outreach approach in the consumer's community. The Vocational Specialist is part of a comprehensive team comprised of a Psychiatrist/PA, Mental Health Nurses, Therapists, Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Housing Specialist and Certified Peer Specialist. Due to the intensity of the program, some nights, weekends and holidays are required. A valid driver's license is required as you will be visiting the members in their homes. The position requires a Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, rehabilitation counseling, or other related field from an accredited college or university.
