Lead CNO Software Engineer

MANTECH seeks a highly experienced and mission-focused Lead CNO Software Engineer to join our CNO team in Hanover, MD.As a Lead Software Engineer on our team, you will play a key role in developing advanced CNO capabilities that directly support national security. You’ll work in a collaborative environment focused on solving complex technical challenges in support of our customer’s most critical missions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilitiesManage the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications software and systemsApply expert knowledge of security concepts and network technologiesCommunicate project status with leadership and stakeholdersEnsure software engineering standards are consistently metMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma and 18+ years of technical work experience, or BS Degree in a technical discipline and 14+ years of technical work experienceExperience in Python or C/C++ programmingExperience with troubleshooting and debugging complex systemsExperience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programmingExperience managing or leading development teamsPreferred Qualifications:Experience developing CNO capabilitiesExperience in software analysis or reverse engineeringExperience in low-level internals in one or more platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, mobile, or network devices)Experience with unit testing and test automationUnderstanding of assembly programming conceptsFamiliarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and CrucibleClearance Requirements:Active/current TS/SCI with ability to obtain a polygraph is requiredPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
