Adecco is hiring a Manufacturing Associate I for a pharmaceutical partner in Pearl River, NY. This role supports the production of Flublok Drug Substance in a cGMP commercial manufacturing facility. Pay Range & Full Benefits: $24u2013$25.65/hour, based on experience, education, and location. Role Summary: Youu2019ll operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, prepare media and buffer solutions, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This includes cleaning workspaces, handling raw materials, and using tools like pH meters, osmometers, and magnetic mixers. Youu2019ll also support troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-training in other areas as needed. Key Responsibilities: + Operate, clean, and maintain stainless-steel mix tanks and related equipment + Prepare media, buffer, and solutions following SOPs and safety guidelines + Perform in-process testing and equipment changeovers + Document production activities accurately and follow cGMP standards + Support audits, training, and deviation investigations + Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Qualifications: + High school diploma and 2+ years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment + Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, and SOPs + Strong communication and attention to detail + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work with hazardous materials + Knowledge of the Baculovirus Expression Vector System (BEVS) is a plus Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.65 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
