Job Title Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote Job Description Summary Provides operational coordination to C&W transactions management professionals who are supporting a clientu2019s dispersed portfolio of real estate locations around the world. Job Description Responsibilities: u2022 Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally u2022 Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates u2022 Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, i.e. Brokers u2022 Provide support to the transactions team with any documentation required to be used during the transaction management process, including new leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, options, etc. u2022 Prepare negotiation summaries/RFP comparison matrixes u2022 Gather data and real estate market information from research and brokers u2022 Assist in the preparation of market and demographic information for use in presentations and meetings, speak to market information u2022 Coordinate financial analysis u2022 Draft and/or comment on RFPu2019s and LOIu2019s u2022 Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates u2022 Draft and process all requests for service or client Initiation documents u2022 Draft and process all Co-Broker and agent engagement letters u2022 Facilitate commission invoicing u2022 Input commission information into C&W revenue reporting system u2022 Assist with reporting functions: u2022 Closing/Value-add reports u2022 Negotiation summaries/RFP comparison matrixes u2022 KPI tracking u2022 Fusion/CoStar/REFLEX or other TM Technology updates and document uploads u2022 Portfolio reporting (e.g. data manipulation, spreadsheet formatting) for both C&W and client u2022 Other administrative client reporting duties that can better managed by C&W u2022 Handle general administrative duties (e.g. copy/fax, light phone support, correspondence as needed, departmental support, etc.) u2022 Process paperwork (e.g. blue-backed documents for signature, ensure proper distribution once documents are fully executed, act as a liaison between Real Estate, Lease Administration and Facility Management) u2022 Review and understand broker market surveys and deliverables prior to client delivery u2022 Complete Portfolio reporting (e.g. data manipulation, spreadsheet formatting) for client(s) u2022 Coordinate client feedback questionnaires/surveys u2022 Ensure and manage the quality and timeliness of transaction information entered into all databases u2022 Prepare transaction communication tools and packages for management for internal approval process REQUIREMENTS u2022 Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license u2022 Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents, such as a lease, purchase & sale agreement, sublease agreement, SNDA, estoppel, assignment agreement, etc. u2022 2+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate Compensation for this role is 60-65K Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidateu2019s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
