As such this position is responsible for establishing and communicating clear expectations on the roles and responsibilities to the client of the services Mountain Pacific will provide; ensures client expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience with a bachelor's degree preferred. This position requires travel up to 15-60%.
