The Workday Security Administrator develops andu0026 manages custom security roles, permissions, and access within the Workday system to ensure data integrity and compliance.u0026 The Workday Security Administrator collaborates with Management to identify appropriate enhancements, modifications, and corrections to all HR-related technology security policies for process improvement and collaborates with HRIS team members on implementing the changes and enhancements.u003c/divu003eu003cdivu003eu0026 u003c/divu003eu003cdivu003eu0026 u003c/divu003eu003cdivu003eu003cstrongu003eRESPONSIBILITIES:u003c/strongu003eu003c/divu003eu003culu003eu003cliu003eSet up, configure, and maintain security roles, groups, and access controls to align with organizational needs and policies.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eDevelop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eTroubleshoot and resolve security-related issues, such as access problems, for end-users.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eWork closely with business partners, HR, IT, and other teams to translate security requirements into best practice solutions.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eSupport internal and external SOX audits by providing documentation and ensuring compliance with access and change management regulations.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation of security configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eTroubleshoot unexpected results or process flaws and recommend solutions.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eProvide internal client support, including report writing and dashboard building, troubleshooting data access and system issues, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eProvides program management assistance on various HR initiatives, including the rollout and implementation of new and existing HR programs.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eEnsure data integrity within Workday and assist with HRIS data audits and security role permissions cleanup.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eStay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HRIS to recommend improvements and optimizations. Actively participate in the Workday Community, training, and regional user groups to ensure awareness of current trends and innovation.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eMaintain proper change management and HRIS configurations and procedures documentation.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eParticipate and support Workday migration and enhancement working sessions.u003c/liu003eu003c/ulu003eu003cdivu003eu0026 u003c/divu003eu003cdivu003eu003cstrongu003eQUALIFICATIONS:u003c/strongu003eu0026 u003c/divu003eu003culu003eu003cliu003eBachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related fieldu003c/liu003eu003cliu003e3+ years of Workday experience required in several functional areas, including HCM, Benefits, Security, Absence, Time Tracking, and Reporting.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003e3-5 years of experience in implementing and configuring security for Workday HCM modules, including business processes security and integration security groups.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003e2+ years of statistical or data analysis experience designing custom reports and dashboards using standard Workday reporting functionality such as Report Writer, calculated fields, and Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions based on area of focus and needs of the business.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eProficiency in creating custom security groups, configuring security policies, and managing domain permissions for business and integration security groups.u0026 u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eExperience with Authentication Policies, Single-Sign-On configuration, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required.u0026 u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eStrong security experience in role-based, user-based, and creating custom security domains to meet current and future business needs.
