The Lead Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.Pay: $23-$26/hrAvailability: Sunday/Monday/Thursday/Friday/SaturdayWhat will I do every day?Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the communityTake the lead in the day-to-day adiministration of the move-in and welcome processProvide additional support to the Hospitality Services Director to ensure a smooth operation at the front deskAssist residents with requests as neededMaintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance areaRespond to emergencies and supply emergency personnelAudit records and filesWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Bring a smile to work every dayBe a great team playerHigh school graduateOne to three years of senior living, customer service, or related experience preferredExperience with a high-volume phone call work environment preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as neededWhat’s in it for me?
