As a Customer Service Coordinatoryou will workwith aselect group of sales representativessupporting and servicing Federatedcustomers and prospects. By phone, you willanswer questions, fulfill service requests, andidentify, collect and research informationto ensurea quality productis provided.We are looking for someonewith exceptional customerservice skills,polished and energetic phone skills, problem solving and prioritizing skills combined with a genuine desiretocreate an exceptional customer service experience for our clients. No prior insurance experience is necessary - we provide excellent training.AdditionalQualifications Needed:Two-year degree or equivalent experiencePrefer a minimum of three years' customer service experience; prefer one year in a call center or inside sales environmentStrong computer skills with proficiency in Office programs and an ability to work in multiple applicationsAbility to successfully complete thetrainingprogram;including learning aboutProperty & Casualty and Life/Disability insurance concepts and coveragesSelf-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility. Juggles multiple competing priorities and tasks.Demonstrated problem-solvingskills with attention to detailYou will go through a 10-week classroom training program that begins on Monday, January 26th, 2026. The hours during training are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Hours after training are 8:30am - 5:00 pm.Customer Service Coordinator pay range is $24.40 - $33.00.
