We offer more than 20 specialties and 100 convenient locations; with some clinics offering extended hours.Evaluates and assesses the bio-psycho-social needs of patients.Assists in determining the most appropriate level of care for the patient, and makes appropriate referrals when indicated.Develops comprehensive treatment plans in accordance with policy and procedures.Prefer three years of post license experience in a mental health/addiction recovery or related field. Certification and experience with multi-occurring disorders a plus.Minimum of a Masters degree from an accredited educational institution in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing or other related behavioral health field is required.IA: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Temporary accepted) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (Temporary accepted)
