Join us.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESBin block countsPlanned cycle countsIdentify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations.Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company and OSHA safety standards.Use SAP scanners, tablets, and other devices as assigned to complete assignments.Continually meet production efficiency levels Maintain quality of work(Accuracy is key)Work independently and in a team environment willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (Flexibility is a must).Consistently work scheduled shifts and be on time to comply with the company attendance policy.Be able to troubleshoot and correct problems that occur within your daily tasks.Perform any other assignment/task given by any member of leadership.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIESAbility to successfully pass PIT training and operating PIT (Reach Truck and Order Selector).Basic understanding of equipment operator roles within a warehouse distribution environment.Basic math skills are a must.Basic understanding of the SAP warehouse management system.Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing, and active listening.Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking, and planning.Flexibility as priorities may change mid-task.Have a personable and positive attitude when dealing with co-workers and vendors.Ability to handle multiple job tasks and responsibilities.Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision.Meticulous attention to detail where accuracy is key.Focus and critical thinking.Maintain a high-level of professionalism and discretion.What We’ll ProvideThis role is based at Wilson Sporting Goods Co. global headquarters.
